Applying is easy

Before you start, please read the Who Can Apply page carefully before completing your application.

Then, complete the right application form (for organizations or associates) in the language of your choice. Return it with a signed copy of our Code of Practice and other required accompanying documentation.

Please note: We only accept electronic applications. Scanned copies of the completed documents are also valid for submission. Starting the first quarter of 2011, membership applications from Africa, Asia and Latin America are accepted and processed by the respective regional offices of the WFTO. Membership fee

Please provide your latest financial report to administration[at]wfto.com to inquire about the amount of annual fee you will have to pay.

Languages

You can fill out your application form in English, Spanish or French. Please note, applications sent in languages other than English or Spanish may take longer to process. Please indicate clearly the language you require in your correspondence and state what type of membership you are applying for (Fair Trade Organization, Fair Trade Support Organization or Fair Trade Network).
